Analyzed demographic trends, large parcel land sales and residential real estate transfers in the region; worked with land planning firm to produce a site accommodation study, preliminary master plan and development phasing schedule for the property; graphically designed and produced a four color, twenty-four page descriptive brochure.
Four phased development comprising creation of a destination resort (phase 1), introduction of second home neighborhoods supported by resort traffic (phase 2), attraction of northern retirement buyers (phase 3), and creation of move-up primary housing communities featuring related school and commercial development (phase 4).
